AQUA Spa Etiquette


AQUA Reservations and Arrival

Your spa time is reserved exclusively for you. We encourage you to book your reservations in advance. Plan to check in 20 minutes prior to your scheduled spa service so you can relax in our serenity room and prepare for your treatment.  To ensure that all guests receive their full treatment, late arrivals will end at the scheduled time.

AQUA Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy
We require any changes or cancellation to be made 24 hours prior to the start of a scheduled appointment. 100% of the value of the service will be charged for rescheduling or cancellations made after the 24-hours advance notice

AQUA Spa Attire
Complimentary use of spa robes, slippers and lockers is provided for all spa guests. Our staff is professionally trained in proper draping to ensure modesty and comfort throughout the treatments. Guests may fully undress or opt to wear undergarments, based on your own level of comfort

AQUA Considerations/Valuables
To preserve our tranquil environment, the spa is a cell phone-free, pager-free and smoke-free environment. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa. We are not responsible for items that are lost or left at the spa.

AQUA Service Fees
Prices are subject to change at AQUA’s discretion. For your convenience a 20% service charge will be automatically added to all spa services.  Please feel free to make an adjustment based on the service that you experienced.
